Join our UK-wide directory of verified UAV pilots. A small annual fee covers costs – no commissions, truly not-for-profit.

How the Site Works for Pilots

1. Register for drone pilot membership and Submit Your Details
   Create a free account, then upload your profile info: services offered, county/base, contact details, and examples of your work (optional).
2. Verification (Private & Secure)
   Privately upload images/scans of your ID and qualifications (e.g. A2 CofC, GVC, Flyer ID, insurance docs). These stay hidden from the public – reviewed manually by the site controller only. Once approved, your profile goes live for clients to find.
3. Get Found & Contacted
   Clients search by county/service/skill and contact you directly. You handle bookings/pricing – we take no cut.

Timeline: Most approvals within 48 hours. Renew annually to stay listed.

What You Need to Supply

Drone Pilot Membership requires you provide:

• Basic Profile: Name, county, services (e.g. aerial photography, surveys, inspections), short bio, contact email/phone.
• Verification Docs (Private): Photo ID, current CAA Flyer ID and Operator ID, qualification certificates, proof of insurance.
• Optional Extras: Portfolio images (public-facing), website/social links.
• All data is GDPR-compliant, secure, and only used for verification.

Costs – Transparent & Minimal

£24 per year a peppercorn fee per pilot – covers hosting, maintenance, and development. Paid annually via invoice.

No other charges: No listing fees, no commissions on jobs, no upsells.

Not-for-Profit: This site runs at cost to support the community – surplus (if any) goes back into improvements.
